Simply put: I love finding a great deal! It's what I do best, and I would be very happy to do it for you.

Having recently obtained the new National Association of Realtors certification as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and as a practicing Florida attorney for more than 20 years, I am at home navigating the troubled waters of distressed properties. But, contrary to popular belief, distressed sales do not always offer the best value and I will never be satisfied with jumping to quick and easy conclusions. Finding a great deal is about doing your homework and performing careful analysis, and these are things at which I excel.
